1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FlightRadar.AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What FlightRadar.AI is (and isn't)
FlightRadar.AI is a flight search and intelligence platform. We aggregate flight information from third-party data providers and redirect users to partner booking platforms.
We are not a travel agency, airline, or booking platform. We do not sell flights directly. Any booking you make is between you and the third-party platform (MakeMyTrip, Skyscanner, etc.) under their terms and conditions.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at nb@flightradar.ai.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Our Navigator plan is billed monthly at ₹299/month. You may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Enterprise plans are subject to a separate agreement. Contact us at nb@flightradar.ai.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in an automated manner
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or pricing algorithms
- Resell or redistribute our data without written permission
- Create fake accounts or manipulate our systems
6. AI predictions disclaimer
Our AI cancellation prediction and price forecast features are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for 94% accuracy, predictions are probabilistic by nature and are not guarantees of future flight performance.
We are not liable for any financial loss arising from decisions made based on our AI predictions. Always check directly with the airline for the most current flight status.
7. Affiliate links
We participate in affiliate marketing programmes. When you click a partner link and complete a booking, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightRadar.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
